Scrambled eggs with yogurt and lettuce wrap

You will need:

1 tsp to 1 tbsp plain (non fat, fat free, regular) yogurt
2 whole eggs
some red kidney beans (lets say 1 tbsp)
handful of spinach, washed and chopped
salt to taste
Iceberg lettuce leaf

How to make a wrap:

Break eggs into a bowl, add some salt and whisk is with a fork. Add yogurt – whisk some more. Add beans and spinach, preheat the pan. Pour the mixture into the pan, make scrambled eggs as Jamie Oliver taught. It usually starts to smell as yogurt pancakes. Fry as much as you like, I like to make them more brown on the sides, make sure there’s nothing runny in my eggs and they are fully fried.

I sometimes warm my plate in the microwave, then put the lettuce leaf on it and place scrambled eggs in that leaf. Hold it tight and have a bite.
